Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
The amount of fees and other charges, along with the mode and schedule of payment, are clearly mentioned in the fee booklet issued to each student annually. Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the prescribed payment schedule. A penalty will be imposed for any delay in fee payment.
Fees and other charges must be paid as long as the student’s name remains on the school rolls.
Failure to pay fees, dues, or other charges before the commencement of examinations may result in the student being debarred from appearing in the exams. Additionally, the school management reserves the right to withhold results, and the student will not be promoted to the next class until all dues are cleared within the stipulated time.
A separate fee will be charged for issuing any extracts or documents from school records.
The school management reserves the right to revise or increase fees and other charges by a minimum of 10% annually. Any such revision will be applicable on a prospective basis.
