Punctuality | Pupils must be punctual at the beginning of the day, for all subject classes and activities. |
Morning Assembly | Attendance is compulsory. Students must proceed to their classrooms in silence after assembly. |
Absence Note | A written note signed by Parent/Guardian is required on the day the student returns. |
Medical Certificate | Required if a student is absent for more than 3 days due to illness. |
Late Arrival | Students must bring an explanatory note from Parent/Guardian. |
Submission of Notes | All absence/late notes must be submitted to the class teacher. |
Repeated Late/Absence | Students late 5 times or absent for more than 3 days need Principal’s permission to attend class. |
Leave During Vacation | Leave is not granted during vacations. Prior permission is required for planned absences. |
Minimum Attendance | Students must maintain at least 75% attendance, failing which they may be asked to leave the school. |
Early Leaving | Not allowed without a written request from Parent/Guardian and Principal’s permission. |
Infectious Disease | Medical fitness certificate is required before rejoining school. |
Post-Vacation Attendance | Attendance on the first day after vacations is compulsory; absence leads to 5 additional days marked absent. |
Unscheduled Holidays | May be compensated by the school without prior notice. |
